Ordering
For most products the minimum is one standard pack, such as a 25 kg bag, a jerrycan or a single drum. The minimum for each product is listed on its product page. For bulk tanker deliveries we usually ask for a full or half load.
We reply to every quote request within one business day, and usually the same day for stock items. Your quote includes the price, lead time, packaging, delivery cost and the documents that come with the product.
Often, yes. We source many chemicals on request through our network of approved manufacturers. Send us the product name, grade and quantity through the quote form and we will confirm availability and price.
Yes. If you buy regularly we can agree fixed prices for an agreed period, hold reserve stock for you and schedule deliveries in advance, so your production never waits on an order.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide with our own vehicles and trusted hazardous goods carriers. Export orders can be arranged on request with the right packaging and paperwork.
Stock items are usually dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation. Bulk tanker deliveries and products sourced on request are scheduled with you when we confirm the order.
Yes. Every driver who carries dangerous goods for us holds the required hazardous goods training, and every vehicle carries the correct placards, a spill kit and the transport documents.
Yes, collection is available Monday to Friday during business hours. Please book a collection time with us first so your order is ready and checked when you arrive.
Quality and documents
Yes. A Certificate of Analysis is issued for every batch we deliver. It shows the batch number, the tests performed, the specification limits and the actual results.
Safety Data Sheets are sent with your first delivery of each product and whenever they are updated. You can also request any SDS at any time through our contact page and we will email it to you.
Yes, samples are available for most products so you can test them in your process before committing to a full order. Request one through the quote form and mention it in the notes.
Depending on the product we offer technical, food and pharmaceutical grades. The grade is shown on each product page, and we will always confirm which grade suits your application.
Safety
Follow section 6 of the product's Safety Data Sheet. In general, keep people away, wear the protective equipment it lists, contain the spill with a suitable absorbent and stop it from entering drains. For large spills, contact your local emergency services.
We collect empty drums and IBCs from regular customers on our delivery runs, so they can be cleaned and reused or recycled responsibly. Ask us to add a collection to your next order.
Payments
We accept bank transfer for all orders. Approved business customers can apply for a credit account with 30-day terms.
Yes. Send us your company details and two trade references and we will review your application, usually within three business days.
